If you aren't from USA, Follow these steps:
1) Go to any USA proxy like
webwarper.net/ OR sitegetter.net/ OR dontfilter.us/ OR proxoin.com/
2) Paste stardoll link on the proxy's URL/Address bar
http://www.stardoll.com/en/
3) Click Go or Press Enter on your keyboard
4) Log in stardoll and that's it
5) Leave the proxy and Go to stardoll as usual
